SHIPPING INFO
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours from time of purchase.
Average delivery days will be 3 days up to a maximum of 14 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us urgently.
Delivery of the Goods will be made to an address nominated by the Customer on the order. The Customer must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Delivery is deemed to occur just prior to the Goods being unloaded from a carrier at the nominated address on the order.
The times quoted for delivery are estimates only and Seller accepts no liability for failure or delay in delivery of Goods. The Customer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery.
Standard delivery to addresses located within the Commonwealth of Australia is free. International orders (addresses located outside of the Commonwealth of Australia) incur a flat shipping rate charged at the checkout. Express shipping is also charged at a flat rate.
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. This means that if you find a fault with your product, or are unhappy with it for any reason, we will replace the item or refund you the total amount payed.
To be eligible for a return or refund, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase, and an explanation as to why you have initiated the return. The item will also need to have been purchased no more than 36 months earlier than the date of return.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@murdalighting.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 617 ROSEDALE ROAD, CONDOBOLIN, NSW, 2877.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
